優しい店主と旨い肉！
今回も人に連れられ神戸の旨い店へ。
昔は神戸で肉を食うと言えばステーキ店だったが、今は店の雰囲気、料理が全く違う形で楽しめる店が増えている。
このお店もそんな雰囲気の店。
落ち着いた店内は、ゆっくりしながら食事とお酒が楽しめる雰囲気。
単にガッツリ肉だけを食べる感じではない。
まずは叩きと生ダコ。
ピンク色の叩きは、熱の通り方がよく脂の乗り具合が絶妙な一品。
神戸牛のイチボはステーキで頂いたが、肉の旨味が感じられて、個人的には付けダレより醤油との相性が良く旨い！
名前は忘れたが、牛スジとコンニャクを甘辛く煮た、神戸の地元料理もステーキ店では味わえない。
店主もスタッフも気さくで明るく居心地も良い。
ちょうど元スタッフが飲みに来ており、お店の雰囲気の良さがうかがえる。
横浜同様に和、洋、中揃う神戸だが、やはり肉は神戸の代表格、一食は組み入れたい食事だ。
締めにカレーライス大盛りを頂き、もっと食いたいけど、もー食えない。

一昔前は、神戸牛を食べるといえば鉄板のステーキが主流だったが、今は肉以外の料理を楽しめるお店も多い。
このお店もそんな一店だ。
お邪魔するといつも同じような料理を注文してしまうが、肉は肉で、野菜は野菜で素材がしっかり味わえる料理が用意されている。
カレーもシンプルな見た目で、肉の後でも美味しくいただける。
今回はお腹が空いていたので、カレーも超大盛りで頂きました！
コロナもまだまだ続いているけど、またお邪魔するので頑張ってほしいですね。
