ワイン好きのシェフが世界各地から取り寄せた材料を神戸で約10年間イタリアンやワインバーで従事した腕前を披露し、工夫や手間をかけてワインに合うお料理を作られています。
お客様の8割が女性ということです。女性が好みそうなワインとそれにあったお料理を提供してくれますが、カジュアルなイタリアンなので男性も好きなお店です
さすがにワインの好きなオーナーだけあり、ワインセラーには常時たくさんのワインを揃えられています。
メニューの料理はもちろん予算や好みに合わせてメニュー以外のお料理もしてくれる嬉しいお店です
