厳選された季節の食材がオーナーのセンスにより、ありきたりでない創作和食に昇華した、そんな感じのお料理の数々でした。丁寧に取られたお出汁の風味が随所に散りばめられており、やっぱり日本人で良かった…としみじみ感じられるお食事でした。小中学生の娘がいるのですが、子どもたちにこそ、このような和食を食べさせてやりたいな、と思いました。
スタッフも丁寧で気持ちがいい対応をしてくださり、緊張することなくお料理を堪能できました。お節もなさっているようですので、こちらでお願いしようかな…と思います。ごちそうさまでした。
