気の置けない仲間と久しぶりの飲みで こちらのお店へ
伺ったのは、平日の18時頃、店内は結構混んでいる様でした
入って直ぐの生簀に泳いでいるイカ！
これはもう食べるしか無いと思わせてくれます
最初は生ビールで乾杯して・・・
【宮城 本ガツオ藁焼きタタキ ポン酢 （厚切り8枚）（3,060円）】
メニュー名通り厚みがあり藁焼きの香ばしさとポン酢、茗荷、にんにく、タマネギ等の薬味とマッチして美味しいです
新鮮なモノなので臭みも一切無かったです
【白ミル貝お造り（1,480円）】
コリコリとした食感とワサビ醤油との相性も良く美味しいですね
ただし、4人で分けると1人2切れ程度は寂しい・・・
【泳ぎイカお造り 大（そぎ造り）（@100㌘2,080円、500㌘10,400円）】
人生初の「そぎ造り」で頂きました
生簀で泳いでいたモノをそのまま調理です
半透明で程良い弾力の残る歯応えと噛むと滲み出る旨味、専用で提供される白醤油との相性、どれを取っても美味しいです
そぎ造りで余ったゲソ、エンペラは塩焼きで美味しく頂きました
正直高いですが、一度は食べてみる価値ありますね
【土佐巻き（1,190円）】
ぶっ太いカツオが巻かれた太巻きで、ご飯よりカツオの面積が多いです
食べ応えもあり、美味しいですね
【鍋焼きラーメン（1,080円）】
鶏ガラ出汁のたっぷりと効いたスープの中にコシのあるストレート細麺、中にはちくわ、ネギが入っていました
意外といけますwww
他にも頂きましたが、メガハイボール、メガレモンサワー等等飲んで忘れました
結果お酒を入れてのトータルは3名で22,000円弱！
まー、金額を気にしない頼めばそれ位は行くよねw
高いだけあり、クオリティは高かったです
たまの贅沢は良いかな
