透明なイカ刺しが食べたい願望で、九州呼子まで行くわけにはいかないので、元町北の寅八商店へ。この時期は剣先イカで水槽にはそこそこのイカが泳いでました。早速イカ刺し中とカツオ塩タタキを注文。イカ刺しは小ぶりなイカ3杯。タタキは厚切り5枚。ビールから高知の酒、美丈夫 麗の吟醸酒に変更。イカは細切りでコリコリとねっとりとした食感で、タタキは藁焼きの風味がしっかりして美味しいです。日本酒に合いますねぇ！イカ刺しはえんぺらと下足は天ぷらにしてもらいました。此方も鮮度が良いので食感は軽くて美味い。ちょっとお値段しますが、また食べに来たいと思います。ご馳走様でした。
