祝日お一人様予約でお伺いしました。ミシュラン掲載店ですが、比較的予約は取れそうです。
お任せコース、ワインペアリングでお願いしました。
日本料理とスペイン料理を合わせたお料理。素材のお味を活かして、スパイスで整える感じです。深。
モダンな雰囲気で、スタッフはEXILE風男性のみ。渋。
和食とスペインの狭間なので、曖昧な感じになる事もありますが、深い経験をさせていただきました。
食事をいただく側にも、それなりの知識と経験が必要です。
