予約時間より少し早く着いたので、ロビーで小休止。
兵庫五国(摂津、播磨、但馬、丹波、淡路)の季節の味覚をお愉しみいただける鉄板焼コースランチです。
お肉は、やわらかな肉質とジューシーな舌触りが特徴の国産牛のフィレ肉をご用意。旨みがギュッと凝縮された、繊細で芳醇な味わいをご堪能いただけます。

神戸港、中突堤の先に神戸メリケンパークオリエンタルホテルがよく見えますね。
実は、今宵ここに宿泊します。
という事で、ランチはこの鉄板焼心に決めました。

メインの鉄板焼がスタートしました。
鉄板焼きの香りや音を発する調理を見ていると、何故だかワクワクしてきますね(笑)
どれにしようか迷うほど多い薬味・・・全てを試すためフィレを追加しましょうか(笑)
口福な瞬間です。
食べ終わる前に次のフィレの調理が始まりました。
しかし、あっという間に完食。
