神戸駅近くに、素敵なお店見～つけた(^-^)/
今日の夕食は、神戸駅から徒歩5分程の『和彩キッチン直』さんに伺いました。
神戸駅周辺は、色んなお店に行ってますが、このお店にははじめての入店です。
雰囲気は、落ち着きがあって、テーブル2つと、カウンターが8席？程。
寡黙な店主と、可愛い女性店員さんとで、切り盛りしておられました。
テーブルには、シニア女性のお客様(3、4人)が二組。
私達は、カウンターの奥に、案内されました。
◆付だし3種
鴨ロースが、柔らかくて粒マスタードと、良い感じですよ。
汲み上げ豆腐は、美味しい塩が降ってあり、オリーブ油と相性バッチリですねぇ。
◆豆腐サラダ揚げじゃこのせ
◆お造り盛り合わせ
鯛、烏賊、よこわ、帆立貝柱炙り、鱧湯引き梅肉添え。
お造り、どれも新鮮で、旨かったです。
私は、貝柱が凄く美味しかったなぁ。
◆だし巻き玉子
ふわふわで、出汁が良く効いていて、素晴らしい。
大きさも、ちょうど良いです。
◆本日のカマ焼き
何の魚か聞いたのに、忘れてしまった。
食べやすいように切り分けてあり、塩加減が抜群で、感動。
◆天ぷら
海老、帆立貝柱串、姫路蓮根、玉葱串
衣が薄くて、カラッと揚がってますよ。
もっと食べたい・・・と、思う天ぷらは、ここ最近でそうないことですよ。旨～い。
◆ご飯(胡瓜漬け物付)
◇生ビール、笊ソーダ割等
お料理のクオリティー、お店の雰囲気、一回の入店で、大ファンになってしまいました。
神戸駅周辺、まだまだ素敵なお店がありますねぇ。

For dinner tonight, we went to "Wasai Kitchen Nao", which is about a 3-minute walk from Kobe Station. Among the many restaurants around Kobe Station, this is a classy Japanese restaurant, and one that adults can be convinced is delicious. It's been about a year since we last visited. There aren't many items on the menu, but you can enjoy seasonal seafood and mountain produce. ◆3 types of appetizers ◆Assorted sashimi ◆Raw Oyster with grated daikon citrus sauce ◆Charcoal-grilled chicken thighs ◆Grilled vegetables ◆TKG (egg over rice) ◇Draft beer, colander soda, Takura soda mix, etc. The assorted sashimi was delicious. Striped jack, squid, octopus, scallops, etc. were fresh and delicious. This was my first time eating Oyster this year. I'm so happy to have the milk of the sea. The charcoal-grilled chicken thighs and grilled vegetables were also delicious. The egg over rice at the end had a rich yolk and was delicious.
