I just went there the other day...
I came back today with my family. There was a time when the crab supply was interrupted, but the menu is still as varied as ever and I am satisfied. However, when I look closely, I see that the ingredients are almost the same, but they have changed the cooking method to increase the number of dishes. Well, it's a variation, but... What is the white fish??? I'm guessing, but I think it's catfish??? The staff came over to clear the plates right away and worked efficiently.

ホテル、レストラン共に豪華な感じはしませんけどもこのビッフェはメニューが豊富でうれしいです。カレー、天ぷら、にぎり寿司、ステーキ、おでん、総菜、フライ、唐揚げ、その他もろもろ
80分の時間制限が厳しいですけどもね。ボイルカニもあります。カニの殻をむく練習にはもってこいです。スイーツもあります。パンもね。。。なんせいろいろ食べれて幸せな気分になりました。
総菜と本日の肉、魚料理は美味しかったです。また行きたいです。ソフトドリンクバーもついています。コーヒーうまかったなぁ～(ドリンクサーバーのコーヒーにしては)
思ったよりも
外観が少しひなびた感じだったのでドキドキしましたが、品数もそこそこあり、品のいいお味でした。ベニズワイガニですが、タイムサービスですぐになくなるのではなく、常に盛り盛り提供されていました。大変良いと思います。ステーキもその場で焼いていただけますし、デザートも品数多く満足です。コスパいいと思います。駐車場も完備されていますし、またそのうち行きたいと思います。
ただ売りの神戸牛カレーがカレーとお肉が一体となっていなく私は少々残念に思いました。

I always look forward to the unusual dishes. The ingredients are not expensive, but the cooking methods are very varied. They are doing their best to stay open while hotel lunch buffets are currently being canceled or closed down. I would like to support them. I don't think it's good value for money considering the ingredients, but I'm satisfied with the variety of dishes. If I had to say something, I would like the time to be extended to 120 minutes, or even 90 minutes. I have to be busy. Please.
