知人と三ノ宮で昼食。
神戸牛をいただこうということになった。
雑誌るるぶにこちらのお店が掲載されていたので、予約をして訪問させていただいた。
スープはニンジンのポタージュ。
るるぶを見て行...
焼きしゃぶとても美味しかったです。
お肉はもちろんお野菜もひとつひとつ
味わい深く雰囲気も素敵でした。
コースはエビやアワビがあるコースを頼んで、結構充実していました。
ちょっと気になったのが2点
担当シェフによって、お店の印象と雰囲気が大きく変わる。
地下にあるので冬場は隙間風が結構厳しい。。。...
お肉が食べたい日の夜ご飯はここのコースで決まり！
目の前でのパフォーマンスが凄かった！
前菜からデザート迄どれも美味しかったです。アワビの肝苦手だったけど凄く美味しかったです!
