店内は落ち着いた重厚感と歴史を感じさせる雰囲気です｡鉄板のカウンターがいくつかあり、そのうちの一つに着席です。
飲み物をオーダーしたあとはシェフの丁寧な挨拶からコーススタート...
前菜からデザート迄どれも美味しかったです。アワビの肝苦手だったけど凄く美味しかったです!
焼きしゃぶとても美味しかったです。
お肉はもちろんお野菜もひとつひとつ
味わい深く雰囲気も素敵でした。
コースはエビやアワビがあるコースを頼んで、結構充実していました。
ちょっと気になったのが2点
担当シェフによって、お店の印象と雰囲気が大きく変わる。
地下にあるので冬場は隙間風が結構厳しい。。。...
