元町にある鹿肉専門点です
鹿肉というとわりとクセがなく
おいしい肉というイメージ
奈良の鹿公園に行った帰りでなければ
食べたいなと思えるお肉です
この日は用事もあったので
ちょっと食べるかなといった状況で
まずは入店すると、カウンター席に着席
お一人さまでも入りやすいお店です
わりとアベックにも人気があるようでした
注文したのは鹿肉のどんぶり
牛丼と比べて肉がしっかりしていますね
なんか高級感がある肉のどんぶり
食べてみると(・∀・)？？
甘辛の味付けの鹿肉で
これが非常にうまいヽ(^o^)丿
パクパクと食が進みました
肉質も高たんぱくな感じの肉で
変な脂身とかがないので
牛丼屋の牛バラ肉とは質が違いました
わりと馬肉にも通じる質がよい肉でした
スープのほうは若干韓国風の
味が濃いスープでしたが旨かった
お店のほうは若い女子などいてて
従業員さんもよい感じでしたよ
鹿肉が気になる方は
是非寄ってみてはいかがでしょう
