As we only use the finest ingredients (shellfish) delivered directly from Toyosu and the finest Charentais duck from the Burdeau family in France, if you do not make a reservation in advance, you will not be able to enter even if there are seats available. All prices include tax. Shellfish course (basic): 7,000 yen. There is an additional 500 yen for the final course, but it is included as a basic course, so please let us know if you do not need it. All ingredients, including black abalone and sea urchin, are purchased at market price, so if you add black abalone, salted sea urchin, or duck to the basic course, the course price will vary. Basic course + duck: Approximately 8,000 yen, depending on the size. Basic course + black abalone: 14,000 to 18,000 yen. Basic course + salted sea urchin: 13,000 to 17,000 yen. Basic course + black abalone + salted sea urchin: 20,000 to 24,000 yen. Salted sea urchin is extremely rare and is currently the most popular among our customers. Glass of sake: 1000-1500 yen (Nabeshima) Nabeshima is especially valuable because it is extremely difficult to obtain and there are very few restaurants that serve it. It can be said that there are almost no restaurants in Japan where you can drink all of these sakes, which are said to be mythical, for 1000-1500 yen. We hope you will enjoy Japan's best shellfish along with Japan's best sake. Belgian beer: 1000 yen (Chimay Bleu, Duvel) Chimay Bleu and Duvel are said to be the best beers.
