初訪問は日曜日のお昼の開店時間1分前。場所はJR三ノ宮駅西口を北へ出てガード下を西へ、生田筋の信号を越えて西へ、ギョーザの赤萬を過ぎた3つ目の角を北へ70mほど進んだ左手ビルの2階にあります。駅から5分ほどです。2名で訪問。
到着しますとちょうど店員さんが暖簾を出すところでそのまま2階へ案内されました。靴を脱いで店内へ。予約をして伺いましたので、カウンター席の後ろの窓際の掘りごたつのような2名席へ案内されました。
カウンター席は6名。反対側の部屋にも3～4名席が4つあるようです。3名でのオペレーションのようです。こちらのお店は足が延ばせるので有難いのですが、背もたれがないので長時間座っているのは辛いです。
くずし割烹のお店で人気があり、この時間帯は予約しないと無理かもしれません。ランチメニューの一時懐石（いっときかいせき）を予約していましたので、飲み物に続いて、お造り5種、1枚プレートの和膳、お魚（さわら）の煮つけ、天ぷら、鯛の釜飯、デザートと続きます。だいたい1時間弱のコースです。
最初のお造りも美味しいですし、和膳はたくさんのお料理を目で楽しむことが出来ます。
この日の煮付けは、さわらでしたがとてもいい味付け具合でした。
天ぷらも揚げたてでサクサク、鯛の釜飯もホクホクでとても美味しかったです。デザートも付いて満足です。
はばたんで支払い可能で、食べログのポイントで割引も出来ました。
何度かこのお店は1人での電話予約を試みましたが、食べログ予約画面では空いているにもかかわらず満席を理由に断られました。そういうスタンスのお店です。
