* Xiaolongbao lunch you can choose. This is my first visit after being recommended. The main choice is Hong Kong-style Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). First of all, the appetizer, Shibashi-nai, is delicious. I only know of Shibashi-nai from ◯ restaurants. I can't believe it's so refreshing and green! The promise of Xiaolongbao is that the more you bite into it, the more you can taste it...the inside is sizzling, and the juice that comes out from the lotus is also sizzling.There's a lot of it, so add some mustard soy sauce to change the flavor.A gentle soup before the main course. Prepared with Hong Kong-style Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)...my first taste Is the oyster sauce the key to the flavor that clings to the thin noodles? I enjoyed the taste of this with black vinegar and would like to eat it again! I wish I didn't have to wait in line... It was a holiday, and I was about the 30th person in line 30 minutes before the store opened. I couldn't get into the first turn and waited another 40 minutes in the cold rain, but I was well rewarded.
