５月の1日は大切な日なので、
神戸元町にある『鮨 しゅんぺい』さんへ。
観光客でいっぱいの南京町を抜けて、
お隣にある【ぎょうざ大学】の行列をよけて、
時間通りに訪問しカウンターへ。
お願いしていたコースを堪能しました。
赤酢が効いたお鮨はどれも丁寧なお味でした。
店主の方も親切に産地なども説明していただきながら握ってもらえ、気さくな方で良かったです。
今度は夜に是非伺いたいです。
