この間の高知のたたきツアーの失敗が
尾を引いております
せっかく500kmの 大正礼市場行って一番に
たたきを食べたのに全然美味しくなかった
市場の近くの
ほんまとれたてのカツオを目の前で
わら焼きにしてもらって食べたのもダメ
悔しくて
締め方
保存方法
調理の仕方
で変わってくるのかな
500kmも走らなくて
近くでいいのか検証してみます
結論
走らなくていいと思います
ただ お塩にもこだわってください
お塩をもっと
塩辛いお塩ではなく
旨味のある粗塩に
変えていただくと
もっとおいしいような気がします

よく似た名前ですが
