神戸ハーバーランドumieモザイクの3Fに店を構える『土佐わら焼き 龍神丸』は土佐の郷土料理をベースとしたわら焼き専門店です。
自慢のわら焼きで仕上げた鰹のたたきや焼魚と共に、種類豊富なお酒を楽しむことが出来ます。
店内は木目調で統一された和風なテイストで、居酒屋みたいな雰囲気を感じます。
メニューは種類が豊富な定食に加え、充実した一品料理や土佐の地酒も用意されています。
【わら焼鰹の塩たたき定食 7切れ】1,240円
お店の看板メニューの一つです。
店内のわら焼きで一気に仕上げてくれます。
定食には釜炊きごはんとあおさの味噌汁、節煮が付いています。釜に炊き上げたご飯はツヤツヤで粒もしっかり立っています。
塩で味わうのが土佐流の食べ方であり、新鮮な鰹のたたき本来の味わいがストレートに感じられます。
他にもニンニクやみょうが、ねぎなどの薬味をお好みで合わせていただくことでまた違った鰹の旨味を堪能できます。
ただ正直、本場高知でいただいた鰹と比べると、色味も悪く、少し臭みもあり、新鮮さは数段落ちている印象です。もちろん美味しいんですが。
土佐の活気が感じられる本格的な漁師料理が楽しめました。
