Hibino Jidori is an original Jidori chicken raised exclusively for hibi by a poultry farmer in Cape Ashizuri, Tosashimizu City, Kochi Prefecture. The chicken is juicy with just the right amount of fat, soft and has just the right amount of elasticity, and has both the flavor of free-range chicken and the comfort of eating it. They are raised in a stress-free and healthy environment in a wonderful environment blessed with rich nature.
