On Saturday, I went to Kobe Animal Kingdom for lunch with four friends. It was around 1:30 pm, and it wasn't too crowded, so we were able to get a seat right away. Seafood Bowl is the only choice for lunch. The rest is a normal menu selection system. Of course I had Seafood Bowl! I have a shrimp allergy, so I asked them to substitute something else. Then the chawanmushi also has shrimp in it. I can only remove it, but is that okay? he asked. I really appreciated the way they handled the troublesome customers even though it was lunch time. Seafood Bowl comes with chawanmushi, red soup stock, and Small dish. Today's Small dish was salmon pickled in Nanban. Sushi rice with red vinegar in a large bowl. On top of that are more than 10 kinds of fresh Puriburi fish, fried eggs, chopped pickles, and pickled egg yolks. All of the toppings were extremely delicious.The variety was amazing, so I never got tired of it and enjoyed it until the end. I'm really satisfied! Next time I will come again with my husband!
