ChefChef “Wan Kaisho” who served as executive chef at a famous restaurant
The owner and chef of our restaurant is Wang Haisong, who is certified as a ``Special Chef'', which is the highest qualification in the Chinese culinary world. After gaining experience at a long-established Chinese restaurant in Fujian Province, he became the executive chef of Kenmin Dining, which was selected as one of the 100 best Chinese Cuisine restaurants in Japan, and has captivated gourmets with his original dishes. I did. At [Chinese Restaurant Kaimatsu], which opened independently, we prepare Chinese food with modern elements, using fresh ingredients that we have personally selected at the market.

There are also plenty of courses where you can enjoy quality that exceeds the price. Recommended lunch options include the 2,500 yen Dim sum Course, where you can choose from five types of hand-wrapped Dim sum, fried Fried food, Noodles, and rice noodles, and the A Lunch Course, which has a large selection of items from appetizers to desserts. For dinner, be sure to try the ``Plum Course,'' where you can enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine made with luxurious ingredients such as Seafood and foie gras at a reasonable price. There will also be a Tabelog limited course for 7,000 yen that includes all-you-can-drink.

Our store is located a 5-minute walk from Kencho-mae Station and easily accessible from Motomachi Station. The calm interior of the restaurant has an elegant and modern atmosphere.
