『レストラン パトゥ』さん（麻布に移転）があった場所。

オーナーシェフの汪海松（ワンカイショウ）さんは、『健民ダイニング』さんの総料理長を2021年まで務め2022年独立。
メニューの焼きビーフンは健民の焼きビーフン使用。
高級感のある店内､ランチはとてもお得。
12:00過ぎには満席になるのも納得✨
そのうち予約しないと入れなくなりそう。

この日はツキヒガイの蒸し物。
貝殻の片方は月のように白く、反対側は太陽の様に赤いコントラストに富んだ貝。
しかも殻がまた美しく､貝を開けると内側はほんのり黄色くて遠くから見ると三日月にも見える。
舌触りや味わいがホタテ以上に良く、知る人ぞ知る美味しい貝。
下の春雨も美味しくてもっと食べたいほど。
