コースはお得感がある
山手幹線南側沿い、トアロードと鯉川筋の中間くらいに最近オープンした中華料理店。中国で特級厨師の資格を持つ「健民ダイニング」の料理長が独立オープンしたお店。金曜日の夜、3名で訪れた。
・蟹肉入りフカヒレスープ
・特製ローストチキン
・ミル貝の湯引き
・大海老のガーリックソース蒸し
・スペアリブの赤ワイン煮込
・胡麻団子
料理は以上の6品。今回はコースではなく、アラカルトで注文した。まず蟹肉入りフカヒレスープ、これは「健民」でいつも注文していた。伊勢海老の卵のプチプチ感がたまらない、優しい味付けのスープ。
続いて特製ローストチキン、これは南京町「劉家荘」や新神戸「金寶来」の焼鶏に匹敵する、皮のパリパリ感がたまらない一品。続いてミル貝の湯引き、これはソースに貝の出汁が溶け出してうまい。
続いて大海老のガーリックソース蒸し、海老の風味が良くて香ばしい。ミル貝も海老も、具材の下にビーフンが敷かれている。このビーフンをソースに絡めて食べると、けっこうお腹が膨れる。
最後にスペアリブの赤ワイン煮込、これは肉がホロホロと崩れるくらい柔らかい。赤ワインのコクがしっかりしている。基本は福建料理だけど、どの料理も「健民」時代と同様、塩分の加減が絶妙。
全体的なメニューは、半分くらいは「健民」時代と同様で、半分くらいは新しく追加された感じ。まだオープンして間がないので料理に手違いもあったけど、これはすぐに改善されると思う。
ドリンクはビールの後、10年ものの塔牌紹興酒を常温ストレートで3～4杯飲んだだろうか。コースは4500円、6600円などがあり、料理の種類が多いのでお得感がある。次回はコースにしてみよう。

金曜日の夜、当日予約で入店。前回はアラカルトで注文したのだけど、今回はコース料理「菊」をお願いした。どの料理も素材の風味を生かした味付けで、好印象だった。サービスも申し分なし。

以上8品。前菜盛合せはクラゲ、金華豚のチャーシュー、殻付きカキ、車エビ、アワビ、鯛刺身、生フカヒレなど。前菜から豪華な感じなので、その後の料理にも期待が膨らむ。全体的に、満足度が高いコースだった。
