1800円で前菜もメインも点心も麺もデザートも楽しめるランチを楽しんできました。
中国料理 海松（かいしょう）
ケンミン食品が運営しているレストラン
健民ダイニングの料理長が昨年独立してオープンした店へ母と行ってきました。
場所はJR元町駅から北へ歩き、山手幹線沿いにあります。
当日の11時ごろに予約して12時からの予約に間に合いました。
ほぼ店内満席だったので、予約をしてよかったです。
お昼も予約ができますので、行くと決まったら予約をしてから行かれることをオススメします。
ランチコース 1800円を楽しんできました。
＊本日スープ
コーンスープ。オーソドックスなスープで優しい味。
＊前菜５種盛り合わせ
とてもボリュームがある５種盛り合わせ
海鮮類やチャーシューなどが盛り付けられていました。
真ん中にあるのは生春巻きの中身っぽいサラダでした。
特にチャーシューがジューシーでいい味でした。
＊大海老チリソース煮（or油淋鶏）
２人ともエビチリ。
衣のつき方がよい揚げ方の海老のボリュームと風味がいい感じ。
海老そのものの旨みも感じられました。
＊蒸し点心２種
海老餃子と海鮮系のシュウマイ。
蒸したてでホカホカ。
味付けがよい点心でした。

私はチャーシュー麺
母はピリ辛汁そば
他にお粥かライスが選べます
チャーシューの量は少なかったのですが、麺とスープがとてもよかったです。
濃厚そうなスープですが、深みがあり、後味がすっきりしていました。
麺は細麺で中華麺とお聞きしました。
時間が経ってもぶよぶよになりにくい細麺、素晴らしかったです。
チャーシューは少量でしたが、良い味でした。
ピリ辛汁そばは味噌も効いているのかな？辛味はありますが、激辛でない深みのある味。後味もとても良かったです。
麺の表面との相性がよく、ふだんは自分ではチョイスしない麺とスープの組み合わせですが、次回行く機会があればこちらをオーダーしたいと思いました。

杏仁豆腐
スイカがトッピングされています。
甘さ控えめの杏仁豆腐、好みの味でした。
1800円でボリュームもあり、前菜・メイン・点心・麺・デザートが楽しめて、最後まで飽きないコース料理でした。
ランチコースは他にもメインの内容が変わるBランチ(2,800円）、ミニコース（3,800円）、飲茶中心の飲茶コース（2,500円）があります。
単品メニューで冷麺なども麺類、アラカルトも楽しめます。
ランチコースになく夜のコースに「福建風焼きビーフン」が含まれているものもあるので機会があれば食べてみたいです。
とてもモダンなインテリアで清潔な店内。
落ち着いて食事をしたい時にとても良い場所でした。
70代の母がとても過ごしやすい店で美味しかったのでまた足を運びたいと言ってました。
メインのチョイスのバリエーションが定番の2種類以外にも月替わりのもの1種類か2種類あるともっと良いかも？行く回数増えるかもと感じました。
