中山手通にある中華料理のお店で新しく出来たので前を通るたびに気になってたお店、今回ランチで伺いました。
フレンチのレストラン、パトゥがあった場所です店内に入ると懐かしい感じもします。
メニー

飲茶ランチ2500円、ミニコース3800円
その他ラーメンやチャーハン、飲茶など
お昼のメニューは単品からワンプレート、ミニコースまで選べるのが良いですね。

今回はミニコース3800円
海松特選前菜5種盛り合わせ、本日のスープ、選べる料理1品、
高級和牛ステーキor鮑料理、チャーハンor麺料理、本日のデザート。
タマゴスープ
優しい味付けでとろみのある卵スープ。
前菜5種
エビ、タコ、鯛と海鮮3種とチャーシュー、カボチャフリット、クラゲのサラダと一つ一つ美味しくあっさりと前菜がいただくことができます。
メイン
高級和牛ステーキ。
しっかり濃厚なソースがかかっておりアルコールとの相性も抜群、ただしステーキハウスのようなサクッとナイフで切れる柔らかさではなかった。
本来の赤身味を味わうのにはいいが高級和牛ステーキと言う名前が期待値を上げすぎたかも。
鮑料理
ナイフでサクッと切れるアワビは口の中に入れてすぐに噛み切れる柔らかさです。

飲茶
今回の飲茶は2種類でエビはプリッとした食感とモチモチの皮でとても美味しく、他の種類も食べてみたい。
焼きビーフン
シェフが建民ダイニング出身だけあってさすがに美味しい！
具材も多く野菜のシャキシャキとした食感と絶妙な塩梅の味付けです。
チャーハン
パラパラのチャーハンはチャーシューの味がしっかりしており、かなり美味しく単品でも食べたい。
デザート
さっぱりとした杏仁豆腐、ドラゴンフルーツが添えられています、チャーハンや焼きビーフンの後に口の中がさっぱりしていいですね。
まとめ
全体的にはすごくコスパも良く、メイン料理が鮑やステーキのミニコースで3800円ならかなりお得だと思います。
全体的なコースの流れとしては、メインの料理の違いだけのような気がしますので、他のメイン料理が良ければランチはビーランチでもいいかもしれません。
1つだけ気になったのは、お皿を下げるタイミングで全体的に下げるタイミングがすごく速く感じました、前菜が少し残っているのに下げられたのにはびっくりしました。
料理のコスパ的にも満足度の高いお店なのでホールサービスのレベルが上がるとさらに嬉しいですね。
