Our Kuroge Wagyu beef is all high quality, carefully selected by the owner, including Kobe beef, Tajima beef, and Miyazaki beef! Please enjoy to your heart's content the fine marbling, soft texture, flavor unique to Wagyu beef, and the sweetness of the fat. We recommend the platter, which allows you to enjoy a variety of parts at once. You can choose between 5 types and 3 types. Freshly grilled yukhoe is also popular!
