こちらのインスタグラムをチェックしていて数日前の告知でメニュー改定告知をされていて・・・
それと１０００円ポッキリ！とアナウンスがあり、スターとにはいいかなと思い伺う事にしました。
１０００円ポッキリ・・・・ドリンク（スパークリングワイン、ハイポール、その他カクテル ｅｔｃ！）+おまかせ前菜２種盛り・・・
改定後かなり良さげな・・早速伺う事にしました。

前菜２種盛りが登場・・・・中々ボリュームありお酒がすすむ２杯目はハイボールをお願しました。
２種盛りは蓮根とごぼうのアグロドルチェと生ハムとブラタータ・・・
生ハムに究極の生チーズ（寿命は48時間!? ）ブッラータチーズがトッピングされていてこれはテンションアップですね、中がクリーミーでカットして生ハムに巻いて頂く、旨し！
蓮根とごぼうのアグロドルチェ（イタリア語で「甘酸っぱい」という意味の調理法）、蓮根とゴボウ、玉ねぎを煮込んだ料理で結構甘みがありワイン、ビールによく合うかな？
偶然遭遇したグルメな友人がこちらの牛もも肉のタルタル目茶おいしいと進めて頂きました。
早速いただく、たっぷりパルメジャーノレジャーノトッピングされていてタルタルに混ぜて頂く、オリーブオイルとスパイスにチーズが混ざりおいしい。
〆のパスタをいただく前にドリンクを家内は白ワインを２杯、私はハイボールを・・・
〆は家内チョイスの紅ズワイ蟹とポワロとイタリア産カラスミのスパゲッティー
たっぷり紅ズワイでかなりテンションアップ、ポワロの風味とカラスミの相性もいい、かなり贅沢なパスタでした。
美味しく頂ました。
ご馳走様でした。
また是非再訪したいお店です。

On this day, I went to Tokushima for business 3 days ago and came here for dinner after returning. When we entered the store, there were two previous customers. This time I wanted to take a counter seat. On this day, the sign at the store's entrance changed from a hand-painted sign to a neatly printed sign...the table seats were new, and the menu had been completely redesigned. First of all, we had drinks...one person had a non-alcoholic drink, and the four of us had white foam. Assortment of appetizers... leave it up to you... The main course is 2 servings of beef cheeks braised in red wine... It's slowly stewed and has a rich red wine sauce that is delicious with both umami and sweetness. We decided to share the pasta with everyone...Additional drinks include a bottle of white...and an additional highball...Rokko mushroom ragu x 2 servings Milt and tomato carretierra x 2 servings Red snow crab and Poirot Oyster For dessert, I ordered Ice cream with turnip squid ink sauce and ordered it off the menu. Everything was delicious. Thank you for the meal. This is a store I would like to visit again.
