カジュアルな雰囲気の中､本格的なお料理がいただけます。
その中でも香り高い六甲シャンピニオンとトリュフのラグーは、嗅覚から始まり五感が満足する､こちらのお店のスペシャリテとも言うべき1品❤️

店名『ぐうほ』＝gufoとはイタリア語でフクロウの意味。
「福来郎」という縁起の良い当て字の通り､美味しいお料理を口にすると､みんな笑顔になって至福が訪れる素敵なイタリアン✨

◯牛ほほ肉の赤ワイン煮込み￥3100
赤ワイン､香味野菜、6種類のスパイスに丸1日漬け込んで､その後3〜4時間ほど漬け込んだ牛ほほ肉。
見た目はシンプルだけど､すごく味わい深い1品。
そっと寄り添うにんじんとオレンジのピューレは､箸休め的な存在。
