The third floor is a relaxing indoor space. On the fourth floor, we have newly built an open-air terrace where you can look up at the tower from inside. Please spend a comfortable time with the blue sea and sky, the sound of the whistle, etc.◎ The furniture incorporates mid-century design, paying homage to the designs of the time and combining them with modern materials and processing methods to provide a space that combines nostalgia and newness.

At the cafe Restaurants on the third floor, we offer "retro Western Western Cuisine" prepared by a French cuisine chef that incorporates local Kobe ingredients. For a hearty Steak, we also recommend the Tajima beef/Kobe pork Hamburg, served with Tamba leaf and red wine-based sauce. Enjoy the large fried shrimp using kadaifu instead of bread crumbs with tartar sauce♪ Enjoy the many dishes you dreamed of when you were a child, along with the view of Kobe.
