路地裏に入って行って住宅街の中にある小さな鰻屋さん
確か昔ラジオで美味しいって言ってたような気がしてきてみました。
小さなお店
駐車場も小さくて、車は少し離れたコインパーキングに駐車。
沢の鶴資料館などを横眼にお店まで歩きます。
店内はふたテーブルにカウンター。
すぐ一杯になりますが、どんどん焼いてて回転は早いです。
メニューはうな丼のみ。
載ってるウナギの数で、並、上、特上
上はウナギ三枚と肝焼き付き
じゃ、それを大盛りで！2100
白菜の浅漬けをポリポリやってると程なくして到着。
もう、蓋もなし！^ ^
大盛りご飯の上に小ぶりなうなぎが3枚。
真ん中にウナキモ。
コスパは高い！
ウナギの焼きはちょっとペショっとした水分多めな焼き加減。
タレの味は甘すぎず、サラリとした味わい。
大盛りご飯もあっという間に完食でした。
