2022年8月にお持ち帰り営業に変更されました。 |
実は、私、大学時代大石駅の近くに住んでいたんです。
しかし、学生時代の私にはお金がなかった。
なので、うなぎなんて実家に帰るときくらいしか食べられなかった。
そんなもんだから、大石駅近くにこんないいお店があったなんて、気が付かなかったです。
こちらの山信さん、大石駅から海側に数分歩いた住宅街にあります。
作り手のご夫婦が高齢になってきたとのことで、令和４年８月からテイクアウトのみ行っているそうです。
そこで特うな弁当2800円をオーダー。
近くのコンビニでビールを買い、かつて毎日見ていた川岸で食べる。
とてもおいしい。
外はカリっと、なかはふわっとしてる。
ちょっと炭の香りがするのがまたいい。
この味をずっと守ってきたのかと思うと、よりいっそううなぎがうまくなる。
ボリュームたっぷり。
おなかいっぱいになりました。
