創業23年店内が綺麗、雰囲気もいい！ : Chikin de kicchin

Founded in October 1998, this is a mid-sized Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) in Kobe that has been in business for over 23 years. When I was walking around the area a while ago, I found out that the restaurant was closed due to the COVID-19 state of emergency declaration, but it seems to have recently reopened. The closest Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant to my house, which has been in business for 18 years, will be closing in mid-November 2021, so I was looking for a restaurant that has good sauce-grilled food in particular. It's been eight years since I last visited here, so I decided to visit again. I made reservation on the day this time. My reservation was for 5:30 pm. First, I disinfected my hands at the entrance of the restaurant before entering the restaurant. There were no other customers there. The moment I entered, I thought, "The restaurant is clean and well-organized." → Great! The first impression of a restaurant is important. → My impression hasn't changed since my last visit! → It's been eight years since I last visited... I'm glad I visited this time! First, we ordered a drink, a draft beer... This is a restaurant that serves original Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), Chicken Cuisine, Other items... As of November 2021, Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) rankings are listed on a blackboard in the restaurant! 1) Miororo 2) Chicken breast with mentaiko mayonnaise 3) Tsukimi tsukune 4) Mi pizza 5) Negi sesame bang bang ↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑ My wife is fascinated by this notice! There is also a new menu item...Chinese-style ginger + scallion oil topping...this is a must-have... This time, my wife ordered ala carte, and I ordered 10 skewers. First, fresh cabbage and dressing are brought to the table. Before Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is grilled, we have potato salad...delicious tasting potato salad, with a nice aroma and taste of black pepper! Chicken breast with mentaiko and mayonnaise...Mentaiko + mayonnaise + seaweed go well together. Next, Mitororo...Chicken breast + tororo + wasabi on top of green shiso leaves, it has a great flavor when wrapped in green shiso leaves...I would definitely recommend trying the tororo's soft texture! chicken dish...Delicious fatty chicken dish wings and liver, meatballs...Both are sauced with cartilage and the meatballs are fluffy and delicious, the taste of the sauce is not too sweet and both my wife and I like them...Here, they are particular about the condiments...Whole Sansho pepper is ground with an electric mill...It has a great aroma! Skin salt...Served with lemon For a second drink, I had a highball...Heart, green onion...The heart is grated ginger, which goes very well with it, the green onion sauce was black pepper, garlic and chili pepper. Zuri salt...Lots of lemon...Neck, Chinese style ginger and green onion oil. For the final meal, my wife ordered chicken don (soup) and I ordered a light Ramen with chicken broth. →We shared. The sauce for the chicken don was not too sweet and there was plenty of chopped seaweed, which matched well with the aroma of the seaweed! The pickles were also good, with pickled ginger and celery... Light Ramen with chicken broth...the soup was outstandingly delicious, the thin noodles had a nice firmness and were delicious, and it was simply made with green onions and bamboo shoots, but this simplicity was great. It was delicious, and I was impressed again after visiting for the first time in a while. Thank you for the meal. It's a restaurant I'd definitely like to visit again. A side note: When I visited this time, there were a lot more creative Chicken Cuisine than before, the chicken was carefully skewered and grilled carefully, and it was delicious with a lightly sweet sauce. →Just my taste!

女将のブログを拝見しているうちにどうしてもうかがいたくなり・・メールで場所とお店の名前を確認してうかがいました・・！
ブログの書き込みの通り焼き鳥屋さんらしくない焼き鳥屋さん・・その通りでした・・
表を見るとイタリアンレストランを思わせる・・お洒落な雰囲気・・女将の好みそうなお店です・・
女将お勧めのメニューを注文、肝刺し、月見つくね、み・トロロ、ネギゴマバンバン、カマンベールのフライ＆ブルーベリーソース、チキンｄｅサラダ、皮パリパリ煎餅、骨付きラム、鶏雑炊・・等をいただきました・・ネギ身のカレーマヨは少し塩加減がきつく感じました、鶏雑炊は出汁が少しうすく感じました・・（料理味を３．５点に・・！）
私的それ以外は満足する味でした。

追記：今回は娘夫婦と４人で伺いました・・前回注文しなかったメニューを中心に注文・・娘夫婦も気に入ったみたいでご機嫌で色々追加注文して美味しくいただきました。

追記：今回は芸術センターでフラダンスのショーがありその帰りに立ち寄りました、久々の訪問でした。
