スパイスにこだわった担担麺。 |
金曜夜19時過ぎに来店、10分くらい待ってから着席した。洒落た雰囲気の店内には8名くらいの先客で満席。
お店1番人気の担々麺は、ご飯と半熟卵付きで、締めに麺にダイブさせるのがおすすめらしい。
柴漬け、ナッツ、パクチーなど中々エスニックな味わいで、私は食べきったが、一緒に行った同行者には苦手だったようだ。
