A restaurant serving Ryukyuan and Western-style cuisine in a homely atmosphere, where you will be welcomed by a Latin owner who is fascinated by Okinawa. (Please feel free to say hi!) This is a shop where anyone can try out the sanshin for free. (You won't be able to do it easily at other stores.) Community Contribution Activities
Every year, we support the Hyogo Prefecture-sponsored ``Junior High School Student Try Week'' and nearby ``Elementary School Student Workplace Tours''. (This is a unique initiative of Hyogo Prefecture that accepts junior high school students and provides 5 consecutive days of work experience.) We also hold popular "Cooking Classes" and "Table Manners Classes." (From Western cuisine to Ryukyu cuisine, how to hold a knife learned at a cooking school, where to stand on a table, how to hold a frying pan, how to add seasonings and seasonings, etc.)
