兵庫の高級住宅街にある高級インド料理店ぶはら。
ディナータイムに訪問。
17時開店という情報と17時半開店という情報があったので念の為17時半過ぎに行ってみるとCLOSEの表示。
しかし中には明かりがついていて人の気配。
「すみません」と声をかけてみると「18時開店ですが、どうぞ」とのこと。
どうやら夜は予約中心のようで、予約なしだと開店時間がずれることもあるのかもしれません。
何れにしても予約なしで入れました。
コースは二名以上の注文。一人はアラカルトとのことでアラカルトから仔羊のカレーとサフランライスを注文。
高級感ある器は固形燃料から火が出て下からグツグツと温まっている状態。
一口食べてみるとこれはローガンジョシュ。
ラム肉のほろほろ具合と無駄な脂がなく、それでいて柔らかな食感にクオリティの高さを感じました。
これは実に美味しい。
サフランライスもしっかりとサフランが香り、高級感が漂います。
付け合わせの野菜やフルールもオリジナティがあって良いです。
ちなみに付け合わせはサービスでした。
食後にマサラティーもいただきましたがこちらも上質。
店内も落ち着いていて高級感があり、お値段もそれなりにするのですが、お値段以上のクオリティに満足。
むしろお得だなと感じました。
シェフは日本人のようですが、だからこその良い意味での日本ローカライズ感もあり、それも含めてこの地に合っているなと。
わざわざ行く価値のあるお店ですよ。
