鶏本来の旨味が感じられる焼鳥！
鶏本来の素材の良さが引き出された、素晴らしい焼鳥の品々でした！
刺身は苦手でなければ、予約段階で予約しておくべき逸品です。この日の白肝は、運良く脂ののった「極上」とのことで、質の良いフォアグラのようでした。胡麻油では無く、塩のみでいただきます。
焼鳥はどれもサイズが大きく、おすすめの6本で十分でした。どれも大変おいしかったですが、特に心臓が鮮度が良く、脂ものっていて最高でした！つくねはパン粉がまぶされていて、食感も味もおもしろく、おいしかったです。
印象的だったのは、店主の丁寧さ。焼きやお客さまに対してもですが、お店のスタッフの方々への対応がとても丁寧で感心しました。一事が万事、料理にもその丁寧さがあらわれていました。
このクオリティーでこの価格、素晴らし過ぎます！！

4ヶ月振りに鶏一途さんへ。今回も期待通りおいし過ぎました！！余計なものは足さず、鶏本来の旨さが味わえます。
1本1本の大きさが他の焼鳥屋と比べて倍以上あるのではないかと思う程サイズが大きく、鶏刺し、サラダ、おまかせ6本と〆の親子丼でお腹いっぱいになりました。
最後のお茶が薄かったのが残念でしたが、神戸では屈指の素晴らしい焼鳥屋です！
