２回目で攻略！紅生姜さえ入れなければ最高！低温調理のチャーシュー絶品です。

伺ったのは深夜でしたが、深夜にも関わらず人で賑わっており、非常に人気のお店です。年始に伺ったこともあり写真にもある通り海苔が非常に大きく、また、可愛い模様が施されていました。量、質共に満足出来ました。
寒くなってきたのでラーメンが食べたくなり。
夏頃から気になっていたコチラの豚骨を！
胃もたれ、胸焼けゼロの澄んだ豚骨でした☺︎

祝日の13:00頃の訪問です。10人待ちの状態でしたが、入口外で記名して15分程でカウンター席に案内されました。
着席前に自販機で「白賀正」のチケットを購入し、待つこと5分程で着丼です。
見た感じ...
最低のらーめん屋ではらーめんも食べず店を後にし、近くのこちらへ。
祝日の23時30分到着。
外待ちは無いが店内はほぼ満席で活気も凄い。
