Our restaurant focuses on ingredients from Tokushima Prefecture, where the chef is from. Instead of going through the market, we always visit the site every month and only use carefully selected ingredients. The course is excellent, with a focus on fresh vegetables directly shipped from Tokushima Prefecture, seafood from four areas near Tokushima Prefecture, and luxurious ingredients such as Waichi Awa Beef, Platinum Pork, and Awa Odori chicken. The chef's sensibility shines through this gorgeous dish, which is a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Enjoy local Italian Local Cuisine packed with the flavors of the four seasons, paired with wine.

Born in Tokushima Prefecture in 1989. He has trained at Michelin-starred Restaurants and long-established Italian Cuisine restaurants in Japan, including Hyogo, Osaka, and Tokyo, as well as in the Buria region of southern Italy. After that, it opened in September 2019 in Kobe, Higashinada Ward, and Sumiyoshi. We value communication with producers and provide creative Italian Cuisine that brings out the best of Tokushima ingredients.
