いつもは比較的大人数なのですが、本日は男３名と少人数で立ち寄らせていただきました。
まずは徳島の地ビール、カミカツラガービールで乾杯。
柑橘が香って、食欲を刺激してくれます。
まずは
徳島水なすとモッツァレラヴァッカのカプレーゼ すだち仕立て
味もさることながら、爽やかな見た目に涼しげな気分になりました。
徳島でも水なすが獲れるとは初耳でした。
次は徳島天然鳴門鯛のカルパッチョ イチジクのバルサミコソース
ソースの酸味と甘味が鯛の旨味に大変合ってて美味しいです。
この辺りで白ワインを合わせていただきました。
次に徳島天然サンマの香草コンフィ ジェノヴァ風をいただきました。
写真を撮るのを忘れてしまったのが残念です。
サンマって香草とも合うんですね。臭みなど全くなく、濃厚かつ香ばしい料理で美味しかったです。
メインがA5阿波牛「和一」自家製ローストビーフ Bioラディッシュと根ベビーリーフ添えでした。
牛肉の美味しさはもちろんなんですが、ソースと絡めて野菜と一緒に食べたら最高に美味しかったです。
もちろん赤ワインを合わせていただきました。
デザートの前に、もう少しお腹に余裕があるいうことですパスタをいただきました。
名前は忘れてしまったんですが、これも美味しかったです。
レンコンの食感が良かったのと、イクラの風味がバッチリ効いてました。
飲み物も、チェコビールのピルスナーウルケルをいただきました。
最後にデザートとコーヒーをいただきました。
全て美味しくいただきました。
最後までとても丁寧にお仕事されてますし、
オーナーシェフとソムリエのお二人の人柄も大変温かく、とても居心地の良いお店です。
近々改装されると聞いていますので、リニューアルされた暁にはまたどうぞよろしくお願いいたします
