神戸の六甲アイランドにあるホテルPlaza神戸内に入っているレストランです。
ホテルレストランなのもあってサービスもよく、また神戸港が見渡せる景色の良さは素晴らしいです。
料理は本格的なフレンチですが、和ふれんちコースといった箸を使って食べる和とフレンチの融合的なコースもあってお年寄りの方でも食べやすいコースもあります。
今回は【Cena ～チェーナ～ （ハーフコース）】というコースでいろいろと料理が選べるコースです。
マグロのフランダード
先ずはまぐろのフランダードというスプーンで一口で食べれるサイズの可愛い突き出しが。
カラスミでしょうか。しっかり味わい深くて美味しい一口。バゲットとかに乗せて食べても美味しそうです。
前菜
鴨胸肉の低温ローストと水ナス グリーンペッパー風味（酒粕とクリームチーズのコンディメント添え）
旬の水ナスと、鴨の胸肉の低温ローストはバッチリ合うし、白ワインとの相性もなかなかです。
●スープ又はパスタ
・季節のポタージュ をセレクト
上に乗ったクリームがなんとも言えない美味しさのポタージュでした。
神戸牛
メインは神戸牛を頂きました。やはり神戸に来たからには神戸牛を頂きたいです。
驚くべき柔らかさ。そして旨味と甘味とさっぱりした感じが一気に押し寄せてくる感じで実に美味しいです。
量は少ないですが、+5000円の価値はあると思います。
全体的に、本格的なフレンチのコースでとても満足度が高いのですが、リーズナブルだし、旬の素材がふんだんに使われいて美味しい料理でした。
また、夜景がきれいなのも実にいいですね。
家族は友人はもちろん、わざわざここまで来てデートとかで使うのもありだなーと思います。
