As a surprise to our client, we will be offering a Halloween menu from October 17th (≧∀≦) Wow! ◆Abalone croquettes with butter sauce ◆Red snow crab and cauliflower mousse with homard jelly ◆Lightly smoked tartare of solemeat and tuna from Hyogo Prefecture ◆Poiled foie gras and caramelized figs ◆Awaji Yura fishing port fresh fish and cod milt meuniere with mushroom foam ◆Roasted Japanese black beef loin ◆Halloween dessert ◆Homemade bread with smoked butter ◆Coffee or tea The pumpkins drawn with bamboo charcoal on the pumpkin paste are so cute~♡ Every plate is decorated with the vivid colors of autumn. It's top notch to watch, enjoy, and eat. Looking at the menu above, it goes without saying that the ingredients are luxurious, and for 16,000 yen you can get abalone, red snow crab, foie gras, homard jelly, Japanese black beef...I have never experienced this in Tokyo. I was once again impressed by how Hyogo Prefecture is a blessed region surrounded by the sea and mountains, and is a treasure trove of fresh agricultural, livestock, and seafood products. The pasteurization of each ingredient was excellent, especially the fresh fish and cod milt meuniere, which was crispy on the outside and moist inside, and the milt had a chewy texture. The combination of foie gras and figs, thick and rich, and gentle sweetness is the best. The pasteurized Kuroge Wagyu beef is also wonderfully soft and moist. It seems to melt when you put it in your mouth (≧∀≦) So good! I think the homemade bread and smoked butter are dishes that will definitely get you a second helping.
