This is a Creative Cuisine restaurant that opened in February 2024. I visited after seeing Tabelog. The interior of the store has a casual atmosphere, but as the store name suggests, there is a wide selection of cut glasses, giving a sense of the attention to detail. The last character of the store's name is also ``Koi''. The protrusion is edamame. I think it was not just boiled in salt, but had a subtle flavor. I was happy that they put some effort into the seasoning. There are no bad shops that take a lot of effort to push out. Kishu plum pickled tender chicken and potato salad. The chicken is probably breast meat, and it's moist and delicious. Since I'm using good quality plums, I thought it would be nice to have a little more plum presence, but if plum meat was added to this dish, it would have been overdone. Potato salad is a fluffy type. Yagen Nankotsu fried chicken has not only the so-called crescent-shaped crunchy part of the Nankotsu, but also the juicy meat surrounding it. This is very satisfying to eat. The mustard-flavored dressing on the lettuce also goes well with the fried chicken. The recommended chicken Gyoza / Dumpling are lighter than the ground pork Gyoza / Dumpling. Served with red chili pepper and yuzu pepper. There's no way that chicken and yuzu pepper don't go together. It must have cost a lot of money to buy a set of Kiriko glasses, and it would be difficult to recover that money, but the price is reasonable. Restaurants that spend a lot of money on tableware and tableware tend to have higher prices per customer, but I thought it was amazing how they struck a balance. Even though the interior is casual, when you see the drinks served in cut glass, you think, "Wow!", so I feel that this is the added value of this restaurant. After all, drinking alcohol with Kiriko gives you a great feeling. The brilliance of the cut glass is also beautiful when illuminated by the lighting inside the store. I had a pleasant time.
