肉がとても柔らかくて食べやすいのが特徴だと思った。出汁の風味もいけている。須磨寺の関係者はよく利用されてるそうで、僕も連れてきていただいた。
親子丼は蕎麦屋などで食すことがあるが、さすがは鶏専門店、美味しくいただいた。
