山陽電鉄板宿駅を降りて南東へ徒歩7分。
街はずれに、小料理屋風の店構え。
入り口の横に飾ってある小さなイタリアの三色旗に気づかないと、イタリアンだと分かりません。
グーグルの地図でイタリアンを探していて見つけました。
電話予約していきます。
すぐそばにコインパーキング。
店はこじんまりと4卓。
多分すぐに満席になるでしょうから、予約がベターです。
ランチは、前菜、パスタ、セコンド、ドルチェの本格プランツォやパスタだけのメニューがあります。
パスタメニューとプランツォを注文。
前菜は盛り合わせもありますし、単品もあります。
プランツォの方はメニューフィックスなので、お任せ。
生ハムとクリームチーズをお願いしました。
塩味のしっかり効いた生ハムが、柔らかいクリームチーズのかたまりに乗っています。
塩味、ハム味、薄甘のクリームチーズ味が溶け合っています。
ここは冷えた白を飲みたいところ。
盛り合わせの方は、パテ、生ハムなど三種盛。
かまぼこ風に固めたパテはなかなか。
コースの方のパスタは、季節野菜のトマトソース味。
量も適切で上品な仕上がりですね。
パスタランチの方は、クリームソース。
こちらはボリュームもたっぷりでした。
しっかり腰の麺、適切なオイルづかい、具のソーセージの塩味もしっかり効いた上級品。
コースの方のセコンドは、若鳥のアラグリーリア。
焼きたての香ばしいチキンです。
パンもおしゃれ。
直径4センチくらいの白パン風が2種。
レギュラーとカボチャ味。
チキンのセコンドにぴったりですね。
コースの方は、さらにドルチェもついています。
甘みを抑えた上品なパンナコッタ。
イタリアンを実感できます。
ドリンクはコーヒーと紅茶。
エスプレッソマシーンが見当たらないかったので、レギュラーにします。
口を整えて、イタリアンランチが終了しました。
驚きの本格イタリアンですが、小料理屋風の店構えと必ずしもしっくりこないところがありそう。
むしろ北野あたりでおしゃれなお店を出されたほうが、ふさわしい感じもしました。
