美しき花びらチャーシューメン、バカ息子です。
兵庫県神戸市須磨区妙法寺にある、
『みなと軒 別亭』さんへ行って来ました。
2020年11月5日オープンにオープンした、ラーメン店。
長田箕谷線から急な坂を上がった高台にある、
天然温泉 華の湯（はなのゆ）内にあります。
駐車場は、華の湯の駐車場が利用出来ます。
以前、レストラン お食事処 華の亭があった場所。
みなと軒の本店は、三宮の東門街にあります。
店内には、テーブル席と半個室があります。
温泉を利用せず、みなと軒のみの利用も可能です。
注文は、券売機での食券制。
注文すると、呼び出しが渡されます。

とんこつキング花びらチャーシュー 1,000円
こちらのお店の人気メニュー、チャーシューが
花びら型に盛られた、迫力あるチャーシュー麺。
麺は、中太のストレート麺。
スープは、少し泡立った濃厚豚骨スープ。
豚のげんこつ、丸骨などを一昼夜かけて、
じっくり煮込まれているそうです。
数えると、チャーシュー17枚。
インスタ映えはもちろん、食べ応え抜群で、
美味しさも兼ね備えたチャーシュー麺です。
