居酒屋メニューが充実した串かつ屋さん
お昼に『かんでかんで』さんでお野菜バイキングをいただいたその日の晩
お昼は結構食べ過ぎたので、晩は少し控えめにしようと軽く居酒屋さんに行くことに
どこに行こうかなぁと悩んでいたら、家の近くに串カツ屋さんがあることを思い出し、そこに決定
Yちゃんの車でシャーっと走ること約10分ほどで『串の輪 玉津店』さんに到着
この道はよく通るんですが、訪問は初めて
外から店内の様子が見えますが、そこそこのお客さんの入り、期待できんちゃう?
店内に入ると、空いているテーブル席に案内され、腰を落ち着かせます
串カツ以外にも居酒屋さんメニューが充実しております
これまた悩むなぁ
ひたすら悩んだ挙句『ぱり・ポテ・明太』と焼き鳥の『黄身ダレつくね』と『生かわ(タレ)』を、串カツは個々が思い思いのものを注文します
少し待つと明日の活力が到着
Yちゃんにはいつも「硬派なブログやから」と言っているのですが、そんなことはお構いなしにかわいいにゃんこを交えての『秘技!エア乾杯』が炸裂

ビールで喉を潤すこと約4分ほどで、最初のお料理『ぱり・ポテ・明太』が到着します
おお~、これなかなかイケるやん
ぱりぱりポテトの食感と明太の濃厚さがお酒のアテとしては合格点
こちらのお店に来たならば、これは外せない一品だと思います
美味しいアテに舌鼓していると、焼き鳥も焼き上がって参りました
まずは『黄身ダレつくね』からいただきましょう
つくねに黄身をどっぷり絡ませ一口
これは普通ですね、可もなく不可もなくといった味わい
『生かわ(タレ)』はどうでしょう?
これはまぁまぁ美味しいですな、格別美味しいって訳ではないですが、あれば安心の一串
そこから更に7分ほど待つと、本日の主役の串カツも揚がって参りました
おソースの容器がないなぁと思っていたのですが、掛けるタイプのおソースも一緒に配膳
おソースは冷蔵庫で冷やされているのか、ボトルを持った時にちべたいことに気が付きました
これは熱々の串カツが冷めてしまうのでは?
『れんこん』で試してみましょう
やっぱりです、あつあつ感は損なわれ、串カツの醍醐味が削がれた感じ
衛生上のことで敢えてなさってるのでしょうが、少し残念な気が致しました
その後も次々と串カツが揚がってきますが、おソースのことでどれも不完全燃焼
串カツ番長のわたくしとしては、物足りなさを感じ、ここでストップ
う~む、お味はそんなに悪くないのに、おソースがちべたいことや、接客が今一つだったりと少し不満が残りました

I would like to go out for a drink every day if I could, but I thought that if there was a good restaurant near my house (Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)), I might be able to go there occasionally. I got ready to go out and left my house with Skevan. It took about 10 minutes by car to get to the restaurant. After a short wait, the waiter showed me to a table and I settled down there. The result was unfortunately a small fortune and a forced mega. The drinks arrived soon after, and Skevan did his "secret technique" with oolong tea! The menu is a wide variety of food, mainly kushikatsu (skewers) and Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). Most of the dishes are on skewers, as it is a ring of skewers. I wondered how long it would take for the kushikatsu to be ready, but about 6 minutes after the drinks arrived, the kushikatsu were fried. classic From left to right: "Coarsely ground sausage", "Kabocha", "Renkon", and "Potato". The fine bread crumbs give the kushikatsu a fine texture, making the most of the quality of the ingredients.
