浦正鮨 別邸
先日は明石浦正寿司の別邸へ。
浦正本店で握っていた中野淳くんが、昨年別邸オープンとともに移ったので、お顔を見に訪問です。
浦正のお鮨は明石前の白身魚中心、昼網で締めたばかりのブリブリに活かったお魚が出てきます。
昨日は純くんのお任せでアテ11品、握り11貫でお支払いは酒代除いて1.1万円。このお魚がいただけてリーズナブルで最高
最近は江戸前のお鮨屋さんに行くことが多いけど、昔からの関西寿司もいいもんだと再認識

昨日は浦正鮨別邸へ。
昼間、神戸ハーバーランドで娘のヴァイオリンの発表会があったので、晩に足を延ばして神戸市西区(ほぼ明石)の浦正別邸へ。
自宅と反対方向の夕食に、はじめはブーブー言ってたカミ様も、こちらのお魚を食べると納得した様子。
明石前の白身魚を中心に昨日もたくさんいただきました
