久々に贅沢気分を味わいたくて、有馬温泉・中の坊瑞苑さんにお邪魔しました。
夜ごはん・朝ごはんともに、お部屋とは別室の個室(テーブル席)に通されました。
夜ごはんは、一品ずつ、頃合いをみて、仲居さんがお料理を運んでくれます。さすがに、盛り付けも綺麗ですし、季節を感じさせてくれる献立になっています。これが、日本料理の魅力ですね。四季を食べるというか・・・。さすが、春夏秋冬を愛でる国です。
飲み物の値段は高めです。でも、ここまできてケチっても、しょうがないので、白ワインを注文しました。白ワインは和食に、よく合いますね。
朝ごはんも、品数多しです。海苔を焼きながら食べるのが、ここの売りだそうです。
