チートdayでプリン巡りの後、
大好きな鶏料理を求め西宮北口の近くにある
宮崎地鶏料理店「よだきんぼ」に伺いました
まずお通しがつくねの甘酢の時点で歓喜
鶏料理店と表記があり
串焼きのメニューを少なくしていて
鶏料理のメニューが豊富
4人で伺ったので品数も普段よりは多めで載せきれず。
チキン南蛮の自家製タルタルも美味しい
酢豚ではなく酢鶏、意外と見かけない
メニューですがとてもアリ
地鶏なめろうとお酒の相性抜群
お造りや玉子焼なども。親子丼も大好き
どれも美味しいのと伺った時間帯は8割ぐらい埋まって
結構忙しそうだったのに2人で精一杯手際よく
回していたのも好印象。
4人だったので予約で伺いましたが
予約前から当日、伺った後まで
丁寧な連絡のやり取りがあって
居酒屋や料理店の中で
僕は過去1、2ぐらい素敵だと思いました！
自分に矢印を向けるのではなくて
相手に矢印を向けた姿勢が好きです
お見送りもしてくれました。
西宮北口付近にいる時はまた伺いたいです
美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした！
