We use authentic binchotan charcoal to grill the meat so it's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside!
We only use "freshly slaughtered chickens" that are slaughtered that morning from Awaji Island, a gourmet production area that Hyogo Prefecture is proud of, and we grill them over "binchotan charcoal"
